The story:

So the problem was that my card was expiring on the 1st of October which happens to be the due date of my internet bill. I called my internet company on the 27th and put money in my account to pay off October's internet bill and explain that my card was expiring and wouldn't receive my new one in a couple of days. They told me "okay we'll link your payments through your bank!" I'm guessing the guy must've entered the wrong numbers and my bank notified me that they refunded me an amount of money I never received. So I call again and they tell me "Oh sorry ma'am you now owe us this." and now here we are.
